RETURN POLICY: We do our best to make sure that items, their descriptions, measurements and colours are portrayed as accurately as possible. All product returns will be handled on an individual basis. If you would like to inquire about returning an item you purchased from us, please contact us by email [email protected] and we will get back to you ASAP in order to discuss the issue and give you further instructions, should they be required. In the event that an item must be returned, it must be on route back to us within 2 business days of your receipt. The return shipment must be traceable and all applicable tracking numbers and/or tracking information must be provided to us by email as soon as the package has been shipped. Your credit will be applied once the package is received back at APPAREL K and only then after we have inspected the returned item to ensure that it has not been worn, washed or damaged before being returned to us. Any shipping costs incurred by a customer returning an item to APPAREL K are the sole responsibility of that customer. Please note that all transactions on sale items or items purchased with promo codes are final.
